1993 GMC 1/2 ton no O2 sensor, new heads

I wondered on a OBD 1 system and no O2 sensor if that may keep it from starting as we have a new battery, but I pulled o2 to Bosch because I had doubts if it was working as it should. Will this alone keep motor from turning over at all? I had used starter to get up oil pressure before and only difference now is no O2 or should I check other issues? Thanks for any ideas! .046 change around combustion chamber with changes done!

Other issues.
No O2, won't stop an engine from cranking over.

I will take battery back and have it charged full and check then go from there then. I did not think O2 being gone would effect a open loop start, but still new at fuel injection and (ALWAYS) thanks for any/all input!
