help with ecm power

i just put a rebuilt motor in my 91 trans-am and now the ecm has no power... at first i thought it was the alarm because it went off when i first connected the battery and i never had a remote for it. but now i completely removed it and its still the same thing. i found out that there is 2 orange wires going into the ecm that are suppose to have constant power and they dont... so i jumpered straight from the battery to one of them and it turned on and everything worked... any idea where those wires get power from or where they go? or a diagram or anything will help.

Check the ECM fuse under the hood. It is on the passenger side along the fender, can be hard to find sometimes. It is located in an plastic housing inline with the wiring.
