AutoXray

Has anyone used an AutoXray scanner? If so what is the trick to making it work on a GM vehicle. I tried using mine on a 95 truck and 92 Cad, would not connect. Used it on a 95 ford and it worked. This is a AutoXray 3000 model. Anyone know whats up with Moates' web site?
