please help with aldl data / ecm questions

For starters I have an 1986 305 TPI trans am.

I started getting code 33 MAF high SES so I got new relays, new wells MAF, new O2 sensor. Set IAC & TPS. No Luck. code doesnt show on startup, only after a few minutes then it runs like crap too.

So I learned how to do the WinALDL and scanned it.
I went for a drive and the results are here:
http://www.geocities.com/cyberscorprio/9-24-log.xls

Notice the MAF readings look correct BUT look at the TPS reading -> all the way up to 60?! I just re-checked the TPS with a voltmeter and its dead-on, .54 V at idle and 4.3 V at WOT.

Soo, I am wondering do I have an ECM/PROM problem? One thing I noticed was the No a/c requested is always on, even if i try and turn it on. my car has a/c, though its never worked. maybe someone switched the prom? my ecm # is 16198259 which i read is the reman for 1227165.

suggestions? i would like to fix this thing.
thanks!

Turns out it was a combination of a bad ECM/prom & a sticking throttle body.
