Engine: 350 TPI (Many Mods)

can someone recomend a good shop?
i have a 1989 GTA and im looking for someone in new york,new jersey or pensylvania that can figure out whats wrong with my car i need someone that is specialized in tpi or fuel injection and can program a chip for me also does anyone know of a shop like that ? the people around whare i live are terrible and they dont know what they are doing.
