Dual ECM possible?

I was thinking, it would be cool to have a dual ECM setup, with a toggle switch to toggle between two ecm's, one with a chip burned for track/racing and another for highway/fuel milage.

I would picture it as having all the wires spliced into two seperate ecm's and with the car turned off of coarse, can flip the switch to be running off one ecm or the other.

i can pick up a new one at work for 75 bucks and i might give it a try.

thoughts suggestions? is their already something out their that will do the same thing?

Would it not be better to have two chips with different calibrations and select which one to use with a switch?

Or even better, use a bigger than stock chip and store many calibrations in it. Then use a remote switch to select what calibration to use?

It has already been done ... check this out:

Some sensors can't be shared.
Other then for using race gas, one chip can do both.

As mentioned there are *chip* switches already available.
