Speed Ratings

Does anyone know where i can find the speed ratings for each computer code? i have a bunch of eproms and i would like to know what the ratings are for each. thanks Gregg

For the C3 ECMS ('8746, '7747, '8063) a 500 nsec EPROM is sufficient.

For the P4 ECMs ('165, '7730) a 250 nsec EPROM is sufficient.

A faster EPROM can also be used (150 nsec, 90 nsec).
