C950 and knock sensor....

It looks like the ECU will read a knock sensor but where do I plug it in? The harness doesn't have a place for it.

Also, there is a sensor on the pass. side cylinder head that it doesn't look like it's needed. No hook up for it either. What should I do about that?

To hook a knock sensor up to the C950 you'll need this kit from Holley and a knock sensor to install in the block if you don't already have one. That accessory harness goes for about $37 from Summit and will allow you to use a knock sensor with the C950. I've been thinking about doing this myself as I think it might be a good idea. I don't currently have a knock sensor hooked up though and I'm not totally certain where I'd put one on my block since it's a '78 block and hasn't ever had a knock sensor installed in it. As far as the sensor in the passenger side head, that is/was the location of the switch for your electric cooling fan. Hope I helped, good luck with the C950, it's a pretty powerful tool!!

Thanks a lot. I have my fans on a switch so that eliminates another wire. Good to know. I can always hook up the knock sensor later, thanks for your help.
