ECM-Swap

Hallo to everybody !
I want to swap my old 870 for a 165 the next week. I got the computer from a friend of mine, but the housing is painted, no sticker on it, no prom inside. Can you tell me, looking at the picture, if this is a 165-ECM ?
Another question : There is a lot of space inside the housing, why canīt I put the 2 relais ( MAF-Power and MAF-Burnoff ) there instead of inside the engine compartment ??
Thanks for your help,
Uwe
