Didn't want to hi-jack a 4 month old thread.

I have a few questions for you. Refering to the picture that you posted, it looks to be a small cap HEI Dizzy thats been used. The base of the Opti has been machined down and then attached to the small cap dizzy base. Was the bottom of the Opti Base machined flat? I'm thinking it was. Where the rotor bolts to the Opti Disc, there's a collar with 2 set screws to hold the disc in time with the cam. Was there any notches cut into the shaft to ensure the disc and shaft would not slip? Last Question. How were you able to ensure proper alignment/timing between the disc and the rotor?

Thanks in advance for your time. I'm wanting to run a TPI using a 5081. I also have access to a CAD prog and can draw up a collar for the disc. I've gutted out a couple of the large cap HEI's, but non of the small caps. I would be thankful for any info you could share.
