I have a 1983 Chevy Camaro Z28 used to be a 305 crossfire injection I am switching to a carbureted 357. What I'm needing to know is I have removed all of the wiring harness because most of it had been splice. I am needing to know what connectors on the steering column go to what and what color wires are for what. There is the main long black one and 3 small white ones. what are they for? what color wires are supposed to be to them? I bought a universal Chevy wiring harness and is color-coded and stamped identifying what's to what with a fuse box. The only problem is the connector that's on it does not match up to the connector on mine therefore I need to know which wire goes to which so I can use my old connectors
