Where does This Cruise Control Lead connect to?

Hi everyone. I have a 86' TA which is Right Hand Drive (Aussie conversion). I recently removed the steering column and there's a black wire with a spade end that is connected to the multi-function switch with cruise and runs along the steering column, where does the spade end connect to? i believe it's the cruise control wire but have no idea where it goes. I hope someone can help. Cheers

No telling... doesn't sound factory.

The cruise wiring should be a little flat cable kinda like "silver satin" phone wire, with 3 conductors if memory serves, and a little flat plug made out of circuit board material.

A single wire like that sounds more like either the horn or the key chime. There's nothing else that's a single wire connection.

Here's a generic pic of what i'm talking about. Want to know where the plug on the end attaches to, does not say in my service manual. The black wire is actually a coating to protect smaller colored wires. Cheers

I found the female section the cruise plug plugs into so all is good.
