injector signal
how do you check to make sure injector is getting pulse to fire? i have 88 2.8. good fuel pressure and spark, but car wont start. sometimes sounds like it is only trying to fire on one or two cylinders. car was not run for a long time and i tried to run the old fuel out, could i have ruined injectors? please help

Use a "noid" light, pop injector connector off, one end of noid light to one terminal in the connector, one end to other terminal, crank engine. If light blinks, injector is being commanded to fire.

I too have had this explained to me and when I went to the
local auto parts store and they looked at me like I was speaking
a foreign language.
Is there a specific parts store I could get one from and how much
does one cost?

Make your own. Get a 194 blub (instrument cluster bulb) bend the two wire terminals straight on it, solder one piece of wire to each of those terminals, (or for quick/temp, just twist them on and tape) strip ends of wires, plug those into the injector connector.
