Converting from SD to MAF, what exactly is needed?

Obviously, the entire system, but what does it consist of? I'm talking everything. And one thing is the re-pinning issue, would I have to add a pin or something? Just the parts and install tips, not opinions on why I should keep SD, I've made up my mind months ago.

The reason of swapping is the ease of modding. I don't have a PC and at least for the time being, I want to mod and not worry about tuning. I've seen quite a few guys who are more than content with MAF and it's abilities/downfalls and don't worry.

And no I am not selling my system.

Thanks!!

Wow, that link is the complete opposite of what I needed. I could use that only to see an extremely vague reference to what I need, but it's not exact, what I asked for. And doesn't give me any part numbers. But thanks anyway.
