High BLM
128 is normal?
mine are like 135-144 range
anything I should look for or test
or is this normal

it smells rich at start up,
and sometimes hesitates to run at cold start
O2 sensor is about 8 months old and reads .2-.4 most of the time
but will jump to .7-.8 sometimes
no cat if that makes a difference
