which accel ecm is this?

im pretty sure it is the piggyback unit...i picked up a car and thought it had a 730 but ended up finding the accel in place of it...

plug n play harness and not exactly sure what the 4 wire connector is for...calmap software plug in? no clue...

It's an early Accel DFI box. Consider it 5.XX to 6.32 if the new stuff is 7.XX+. The 4 port weatherpack is for the CALMAP cable. Buy a cable or cable blueprints on ebay if you want to fiddle with it.

is 5.xx to 6.32 the same or slight differences? im gonna do some more searches on it now...looks like i need a laptop now...lol

The box itself never changed much. It was the software that evolved. The last commercial version was 6.32. You can still download it at mrgasket.com
