TUNING question

I am just finishing my 355ci MAF TPI engine (TPI from 87 TA) and am going to run a procharger with 12 psi of boost. i am going to need a tune for it and was wondering if anyone could recommend a company for a mail order tune or some one who could reflash the PCM locally (i live in the milwaukee WI area)
