Those codes usually indicate an open circuit, code 15-coolant temp sensor, code 23 air temp sensor. You may have created your problem in the way you wired up a fan switch. I would un-do the fan wire up job and recheck for codes, remember to erase them first. Double check the grounds to the intake manifold, they can cause probelms like this.

i got code 23 to go away it was a carb issue. i haad not been running a thermostat too but i put one in and still i get the code. i did reset the computer i even tryed the other computer i have still car runs like @$$ i think i might have an intake gasket leak but will that cause that code to flash? it smokes too like a grey smoke and im getting 7mpg if im lucky. next week i get my honda back from getting fixed so i will be driving it to save gasand so i can start body work on th T/A so that will give me sometime to tear down the top of the motor i guess and see what i find

Code 15 coolant sensor voltage high=open circuit=full rich, computer thinks its -40* so you get all the fuel it can give=7mpg. Fix your coolant temp sensor problem and you car will run better and give you back the mileage you had.
