What is the best way to program!!! HELP

First off I"m a newb so I am a little slow at this 3rd gen stuff! I have a 91 TPI motor that I"m stroking, and Putting in a Wrangler, I know this site isn't Pirate4x4 or others, I'm just real impressed with you guys here, you have great tech here, anyway it has the TPIS big mouth manifold and aluminum heads and a aftermarket cam. I'll admit it I'm a litttle scared that tuning the computer is gonna be a little over my head. Is there a programmer that is easy to work with, that lets you use a laptop while you drive? Or user friendly software with real time tuning?

Most people use TunerPro or Moates stuff. Look here...DIY Fuel-Injection Tools:
Created by an EFI enthusiast for EFI enthusiasts like you! : Moates.Net.
