DataMaster for TBI?

It seems that DataMaster has datalogging programs for just about everything but our L03 TBI cars. I have a '92 with a 350HO/TH400-R4(4L60E) being run by a custom chip in the old '746 ECU. I'd like to do some datalogging and get the chip tuned better. If I download the program for the '91-'93 trucks, will it properly record data from the ECU? The ECU's are probably differrent, but since it's the same kind of data port and a similar TBI engine with a spark control from a 350, shouldn't it work?
