need help

my sons 1990 v6 camaro stop running. got spark, got fuel presure. pink wire at injectors are hot. NOW THE PROBLEM, the green/blk wire at the injectors are also hot. try 2 ecm from NAPA & the old gm ecm are all hot on the grn/blk wire.

If the injectors are good you will have power on both sides. The injector isn't a switch it has a coil in it. You can check this by measuring the resistance (ohms) across the injector pins. I would chase your ground wires and ground connections. The ecm fires the injectors by providing the ground connection.
