California PROM vs Federal PROM 1992 V8 5.0L 305 TBI

I'm not sure if this has ever been brought up yet, but I am curious if there is any differences in the PROM chip for those cars built in California and delivered to Cali dealers versus those that were shipped to the colder states i.e. Tennessee, Delaware, Michigan.....
The reason I am asking is I brought my 92 RS 305 TBI from Cali to Tennessee and am curious to know if there are any differences in the PROMs....
Just a crazy question on my part, but am always wondering...
Thanks for any help...
Edward

There are 2 basic calibrations: 49 state and California. The 49 state cal is known as Federal with the other being Cali only.

A while back I checked the differences in fueling and SA between the 2. I found the Cali calibration ran less timing along with being slightly richer. This reduces HC and NOX while burning more fuel.
