PROM removal on 86 LG4 ECM

My dad has a 1986 IROC Camaro with an LG4 Carb'ed and 5 Speed, and the computer decided to die on it. I finally found an ECM with matching number 1227169 on it from an 86 Monte Carlo at the junkyard.

I want to remove the PROM and install it in the replacement ECM but i dont know how. The Carb ECM's dont seem to have a MEMCAL in them that you can just "pop" out.

How do i remove the PROM? It looks like the chip on the left side is soldered into the ECM board and there is a PROM in a black plastic carrier on the right.

Appreciate any help, thanks
