Gimme some suggestions!!

From: The Boot(New Orleans) Louisiana
Car: 1986 Irocz28/04 GMC Yukon
Engine: Ram Jet 350(*TPI*)
Transmission: Turbo 400 w/1500 stall
Axle/Gears: 3.73
Gimme some suggestions!!
Ok fellas i had another thread about my ecm, but now I would like some of ur suggestions.
1. Should I take and replace my computer and see if that is the problem?
2. Should I swap to a carb and take off the fuel inj.?
3. Also which would give more hp?( when i first got the motor it was carb it ran 13.20's w/a 650)
Please give me an honest opinion on what you guys think I should do, here are my cost list!
A. carb and intake 250.00(edlebrock torker man, w/650)
B. ecm $40 used and $80 new.(both corvette ecm's)
