Help With Codes

I keep getting the MIL after the engine is warmed up and cruising at highway type speeds; 45mph-up. I finally got a chance to pull the codes: 13 & 15 which are "Oxygen Sensor signal stays lean in warm engine cruise" and "Low temp indicated at coolant temperature sensor".
I can handle these two issues myself, but mainly I was wondering if they could be related? Could a bad temp sensor interfere with the O2 signal or anything like that?
Any info is appreciated!
Dave

Re: Help With Codes

Yes, if the computer thinks the engine is too cold, it wont run the proper checks on the O2 sensor, so it will run in open loop mode.
