Running Lean after injector swap
I recently replaced my 19lb multecs with 19lb ford SV1 injectors, due to their popularity on the boards. I datalogged my car and noticed some strange things related to the int and blm readings. I was wondering if someone could help relate this to a physical issue with the engine that I can address.
Overall, the BLM's range from the 130's to 150's. On part throttle acceleration, the ints are higher than the blm's, on minimum throttle decel, the ints are lower, sometimes differing by as much as 30, usually 20. At part throttle crusing, the ints and blm's will vary greatly with small changes in throttle position (around 3%). I can feel this variation in the engine in the form on inconsistent power output.
The interesting thing is that at 50% and higher throttle position, as engine RPM goes up, the blm's and ints will both converge around 128.
I've verified engine timing, and ignition system performance. Has anybody else had these problems with the ford 19lb SV1 injectors?

Re: Running Lean after injector swap
Well I couldn't find anything in the search that directly relates to my problem. I don't have a vacuum leak, and i didn't theoretically change injector flowrate, unless the ford 19lbs flow differently than the gm 19lbs, which has been suggested. So I can't see how adjusting the injector constant would fix my problem. But why would i be reading near 128/128 at higher throttle positions and rpm's but vary so much in the 1000-2000 range?
