I just received by new ELB_Flasher and I have some very basic questions. Am I correct in saying I can only use the bin files supplied with the ELB_Flasher software for setup / tuning? If this is true, I have a TBI-7.4L that may need a smog pump when I report to the annual "smog policy check-up." I didn't fined any information inside TurnerPro (ELB_F_TB.BIN / EBL_V23.XDF)) showing any support for the EAC (Electric Air Control) that's needed for the smog pump. I did 'CC' ELB but I'm looking for a quick answers before I disable my truck for this mods.
