A dumb question on Adjusting Fuel Mixture Via Your 02

Ok, just don't laugh but I'm just learning mechanics.
There is a great article on "Adjusting Your Fuel Mixture Via Your 02 sensor".
I read it, it tells me almost everything I need to know to adjust the mixture.
The only thing that it doesn't say is how to adjust the mixture?
Do you do it by increasing or decreasing the fuel pressure with an AFPR?
Sorry, I may sound like an idiot by I learned somethings hard way and now if I'm not 100% sure of what I'm doing then I'm not touching anything under the hood.

Also, if that is the case then how do I keep the pressure around 50 lbs and have a nice fuel ratio? I read that increasing the fuel pressure give more power, but my car seems to be slower now (unless I broke something while installing the AFPR).

Thank you, and many thanks to this awesome website. Without it, my camaro would not be a camaro.

Sounds Voodoo to me. Only thingh a NB 02 sensor can do is detect 02 in the exhaust stream to keep the A/F at stoich or 14.7/1. You can adjust the switch points in the .bin to achieve a richer mix (14.3) for ethanol but again that is done in the .bin. WOT can be enleaned a bit but again in the .bin. Fuel pressure can be changed but it will move the A/F globally but not in closed loop as the ECU will move it to stoich with the 02 sensor feedback.

Post the article.
