Another Code 36.

I have search the old threads about code 36 with my question still not answered.. i have two burnt fuses, a # 5 and # 3.. now my question is, can two burnt fuses cause me to get a code 36.. if not i know i have to replace the MAF burn off relay correct? I have a 86' IROC-Z 305 TPI, i do not know if the MAF burn off and power relays are in the same location as the ones if have seen Vader post. Any help would be greatly appreciated for summer is right around the corner.
