Power Loss????

Power Loss????
I bought my car a little while ago and the previous owner swapped the 305 out for a 350 tbi... he told me that he did not swap out the computer meaning it still has the 305 one.
I was wondering if there would be any power loss because of this. and how hard it would be to swap out the computer on it?
