Who uses this ALDL cable?

Engine: 355 l98 mini ram
Transmission: 700r4
Axle/Gears: stock10 bolt 3:23 gears
Who uses this ALDL cable?

I am having trouble getting it to work with tuner pro rt. I am new to this so I am probably missing something. If anyone has experience with this cable maybe you can give some advice. Thanks

Well I tried datamaster and it said that there is a connection with the aldl cable but no connection with the PCM. How do you fix the PCM issue?
