Once you short the two pins that you need to short together and it starts displays error codes how do you what code is being displayed my haynes repair manual book tells me it starts off with code 12 which is one flash followed by a short pause, and then two flashes in a quick succession but it doesn't tell me what the light will do for all of the other codes does anyone know where i can get this info.

 

after that the trouble codes (if you have any) will come up....After code 12, trouble codes will be displayed if you have any...just count the flashes then look it up in the hanyes...If you have no trouble codes , code 12 will keep comming up repeadidly which means your ECM is good(no trouble codes)

 

I figured it out i got a error code of 32
