I have installed a TPI from an 85 Camaro into my boat. I would like to lower the idle to around 500rpm to help with the shifting. Can the PROM be reprogrammed for a lower idle? Who can do something like this if it can be done? It currently will not idle <850rpm with the idle control screw backed all of the way off.
