Symptoms with a code 34 (305-F)

Would a code 34 (MAF lo) cause a loss of power above half-throttle? Per the manual, I disconnected the MAF and got a code 33 so I know the MAF is bad, but would this result in flat acceleration? I've got o-k (not great) throttle response off-idle to about half-throttle, but from there no difference no matter what the throttle setting. I've already replaced the TPS and it looks like the O2 sensor is working. My BLMs are around 118 at low RPMs but I have only been able to collect limited data given the lack of performance.

Does anybody have a recommendation on a source for a new MAF?
