O2 voltage readings

So my car's been running a bit iffy, keeps switching between open and closed loop quite frequently, won't maintain a steady idle, and likes to stall.

I have a voltage meter, how many mV's should the O2 sensor read, what is lean, rich and normal?

You might find this of interest:

But it is not specifically for a Camaro.
