I have a 92 firebird that i run on the dirt track. Sat. i had a racin incident and now i have no injector pulse. I chaned the ecm and it still no good. so i bought a VATS bypass (bakerelectronix). the directions are not that great.
Where Do I Hook It Up At? and is there anything else that might make the injectors quit pulsing?

What kind of incedent? The wiring for the ECM doens't go through the firewall but out the side beghind the fender and then into the engine compartment.
So its sort of exposed.

Gumby- i have moved my harness from the inner fender to through the firewall for that reason. thanks
i changed the chip in the ecm and the injectors pulse now but it seems like the tbi fuel return is hung open and the fuel is blowing by the injectors.

newer cars with distributorless ignition they get pulse from crank
position sensor.
