computer problems

hey guys, ive got a good one for you. I have a 1991 camaro z28 with and "f" code 305 tpi and the g92 rear diff. The car has roller tip rockers, adj. fuel pressure reg., flowmaster exhaust, and no emissions tubes which makes life when working on it sooo much easier. Okkk anyways...the problem.. The car is great when it runs good, however more often than not it runs crappy. while driving if I try to climb anytype of hill or grade in 5th gear and in 5th gear only at less than about 70 mph i get half way up and the car falls flat on its face! It doesnt shut off but it has NO power, I have to shut the car off and restart it to make it go away.. Along with the random shutting off at a traffic light while idling It has set soooo many codes for diff sensors and such which now i believe i've replaced just about every sensor on the engine. My only thought is that it is a bad PROM. Ive been told that the electronic spark control on a 91 is in the ecm and the PROM makes it function. PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME!!!!
