newbie need help with Code $59

Engine: Procharged 383 Holley Stealth Ram
Transmission: Soon to be ATI TH400/Borg Warner t5
Axle/Gears: Moser M9 4.86
newbie need help with Code $59
I am going to put this P600 supercharger on my car and i want it to run right, (it is a 91 tpi speed density "730" ecm) and people have told me to do the code $59. I have no experience buring chips, tuning or anything.
I need alot of help on what i need, and how to do it. I just wrench on the car, never done any tuning or burning chips, but i want to learn how to do it.
If you guys can help me out with getting the code $59 and anything else, that would be great. or even if there is some books i should read/get let me know! THANKS!!!!
