GM TBI ECM MODS

1989 GM TBI ECM 7747 I am looking for any one who can lead me to the website where I can get a circuit board that replaces the prom and allows real time changes to the ecm. I was on the site about 6 to 12 mths ago but between then and now my laptop was stolen. Thank you Robert
