Code 45 - possibles fixes?

Hi everyone,

This is the first time posting on this particular forum, so please be patient with me.

My wife and I drove our '91 T/A convertible to the beach this weekend and on the way back, the SES light came on about 30 miles into the trip. I got back home and put my new to me Snap-On scanner on it (which I am still trying to learn) and got a code 45 rich exhaust. Also the scanner showed IAC of 31, the O2 at 555, and an open loop. I'm not sure what the parameters are supposed to be for some of these, or where I can get that information. Can someone tell me where to begin to correct the code 45?

Thanks,
Jason
