What could this be?
I bought this 1992 firebird 305 tbi a month ago and noticed this under the driver side dash. It is 2 wires a red one and a blue one also I have photos of it plus I also noticed the fuses up in there to.

that my friend is an after mafket alarm system....or what is left of one. they used to come with red led lights that u mounted where u wanted they flashed to warn off any would be burglars, could be factory...come to think about it the 93 has the red light on the top of the dash
