Need advise

Im running a stock 87 350 TPI auto with a rear mount turbo, an adjustable fuel regulator 1:1 24lb injectors.
Im not able to get things smooth but Im not too far off, I would like to get it as perfect as possible but Im not familiar to the different tuning options and just reading about it gets me confused.
Is there a system or other replacement ecm I can use to perfect my setup thats just like a p&p without tampering with the stock wiring?
Please excuse me, Im new to this.
