Replacing ECM

I have a rebuilt Cardone ECU # 77-7730 for my 1991 Firebird 3.1 V6 and having replace a few computers( successfully) am intrigued about the warning on the box. It say check ALL relays and solenoids for a resistance value above 20 ohms.
The Air conditioner, fuel pump and engine coolant fan relays read 57 ohms.
The ERG solenoids read 36,36,22 ohms respectively.I have no idea what the specs are for the converter control solenoid.
Any advice greatly appreciated.
Had no problems when I replaced the unit in my 1993 Stealth. ???
