I'm moving to Tennessee soon and am looking for info on emissions testing there. The state I'm in has a 25 year exempt rule, so the '83 I'm building has a 475 hp stroker in it with no emissions. What I wanted to know is whether Tennessee does a sniff test only or a physical examination.

I could probably get the thing to pass a sniff test but no way will it stand up to much of a lookover.

Anyone have any experience in this?
