Code 34

I just finished installing TPI onto my 327 engine. I am getting a code 34. I get the code 34 almost immediately after clearing the codes and going over 2000 RPMs. My engine idles at 800 RPMs where the MAF is reading is 10.89 grams and the throttle position is at 0.55. With my cam I can not idle below 800 RPMs. I checked the raw voltage at pin C and it is 4.5 volts with the key on and the engine off. I am running the APYPWB BIN with very few modifications to the BIN.

Does my custom engine require changes to make sure I do not throw a code 34? My engine is running aluminum L98 heads with about 10 to 1 compression. I am also running an older hydraulic camshaft with 230 degrees duration at .050 lift with 0.453 total lift. Both my MAF relays are new and are correct and I have cleaned my MAF with MAF cleaner. All my MAF wires are good.

Any help would be appreciated.

I also looked for vacuum leaks and could not find any.

Re: Code 34

Here is some data from the frame before the code is triggered:

Throttle Position: 0.80
Engine Speed: 2325
Mass Air Flow: 33.28
MAF Raw Input: 07
Load Variable: 67
Wide Band: 10.24
O2 Sensor: 816.96
INT: 112
BLM: 128
Block Learn Cell: 11
IAC Motor Pos: 125
IAC Commanded Direction: 00
Rich/Lean: Rich
O2 Sensor Status: Ready

Here is the data on the frame where the code was triggered:

Throttle Position: 0.80
Engine Speed: 2375
Mass Air Flow: 33.50
MAF Raw Input: 07
Load Variable: 66
Wide Band: 10.18
O2 Sensor: 870.24
INT: 110
BLM: 128
Block Learn Cell: 11
IAC Motor Pos: 125
IAC Commanded Direction: 00
Rich/Lean: Rich
O2 Sensor Status: Ready

Any ideas why it can idle without errors then I get the error just about instantly once I am over 2300 RPMs

Re: Code 34

Did some more troubleshooting. I had the MAF Burnoff Relay wired up wrong. Burnoff was on whenever fuel pump was running. So far no CEL after short ride and idle time.
