EBL-WUD trans indicator

Hi guys- those of you that are running 700r4's. In WUD where it shows which gear you are in, when manually shifted through p/n/r/od/d//2/1 exactly what is indicated here? My memory is that the WUD showed the full range of gears selected manually- currently it shows just p/n or od.

It will show P/N, D, and OD. There are only two inputs for transmission info, P/N switch (on shifter) and the 4th gear switch (in trans).

Since it is showing OD while not moving need to change the high gear switch polarity:

Option Word 2 - Bit 5 - HiGrH

If it is set, un-set it. If currently un-set, the set it.

If using the EBL P4 the parameter is:

Option Word 7 Input Polarity - Bit 2 - 4thIn

When using a stick transmission the ECM uses the ratio of RPM versus MPH to know which gear the transmission is in. Of course need to set up the N/V ratios in the calibration properly.
