question about my DFI
I have a dfi in my 90 gta. Car has been sitting since late 1999. Would the car still hold the program? Also the laptop that had the dos and tuning program is long gone. Any ideas on how to get the program and can it be loaded to a newer laptop? Car has had no engine or battery since it was parked. Thanks for any help

Cars ECU will hold memory w/o battery. How long? Maybe forever or longer.
Tuning program? where to find? EBay? I have the ****code**** for Tunercat but he laptop is long gone with the program. But with code I suspect they will email to me upon demand.

I'm an Accel EMIC but I've done very little with the Gen 6 stuff. However I think there are some guys on here that still have those setups, maybe they can help as well. If not pm me as I think I have someone locally that does a bunch of it.
