wont start with 0411 pcm...

Today I attempted to get my second 0411 swap completed. No such luck.

About a month ago, I had a tuned PCM in the car and had the same problem I do now. I would get a cam and crank position sensor signal, even the smell of fuel, but no output from the PCM to the ignition module. After swapping to a spare PCM, which made it run on the first try (horribly), and talking with the tuner, the concensus was the PCM was bad. I sent the other PCM in to get the tune swapped over.

Fast forward to today. I have just finished all the small nitpicky items in the engine compartment and wanted to get it running. No dice. Same problem on a different PCM.

The harness is built on a 2002 express van schematic, 5.7 Vortec, 4x system.

I tested circuit integrity and all checks out well. I also double checked the schematics. Nothing wrong was found.

Is there anything that would cause the PCM to not send out these signals? I was told VATS was bypassed and that it should run and I should verify my wiring harness. It checks out ok. I've got power and grounds where they should be. This is about to drive me nuts!

Why would it run on another flash for a 4.3L, but not with the proper flash and tune for my engine? I considered it might be that the flash was wrong but I made a call to verify and told it was right. Is there anything that the pcm needs to see that would disable spark?
