help on tuning my 88 iroc

i have a cable for the usb frrom the 12 pin aldl connector, and tuner pro rt. when i plug it in, nothing happens on my computor, the car has a 350 swap, is bored .30 over with a mild cam and flat top pistons. any suggestions>?

When I pull up tuner pro, at the bottom it sais no data found, and aldl not connected. Is there something I'm missing?
