Real time data logging (91 TBI, OBD1)

Is there any type of program that I can use to the OBD1 computer real time? I'm going on a trip in a few weeks that, last year, on the same route, my car stalled going uphill at 6000ft on. It's the only time the car has stalled and refused to start in all 7 years owning it. So I'd like to gather some real time data to pin-point exactly why it happened, and if it happens again to be able to fix it on the road.
